Alumni Transcript/Education Verification Requests

FOR CURRENT STUDENTS: Click HERE for transcript requests

FOR ALUMNI: There are two methods for Elk Grove High School alumni to request copies of official transcripts: scan to email or mail. Transcript requests must be submitted by the alumni ONLY! Requirements for processing requests are as follows:

Mail, Scan to email ~ Visit www.myschoolbucks.com

Create an account for your company and link it to Elk Grove Unified Schoool District.
Select the blue “Store” icon
Select the blue “Browse All Items” button
Select “EGHS Alumni Official Transcripts” and download the request form in the “ATTACHMENTS” section.
Add item to cart and proceed to checkout to process payment.
Complete the EGHS Alumni Official Transcript Request form. Be sure to hand sign the request form and include a legible copy of your driver's license!
Use your preferred method to submit your request to the Registrar.

The request will be processed within three school days from time request is received and mailed. Estimated mail delivery is dependent on the United State Postal Service.

EDUCATION VERIFICATION

To request an education verification: provide a company request, signature of release, and a $5 processing fee. The request must include the following information:

1. Name while attended EGHS, DOB, and graduation year. A SSN is not needed/wanted.

2. Signature of release: This can be electronic or original.

3. Processing fee: Company check or money order payable to EGHS.

8. Create an account for your company and link it to Elk Grove Unified School District.

9. Select the blue “Store” icon

10. Select the blue “Browse All Items” button

11. Select “EGHS Alumni Official Transcripts” and download the request form in the “ATTACHMENTS” section – in lieu of this form you will provide your request form. However, this downloadable form will give you the information you need to submit your request and signature of release.

12. Add item to cart and proceed to checkout to process payment.

13. When you submit your request make a note that you paid online and include your order number.
