Transcript / Education Verification Requests


There are four methods for Elk Grove High School alumni to request copies of official transcripts: walk-in, fax, scan to email or mail.  Transcript requests must be submitted by the alumni ONLY!  Requirements for processing requests are as follows:

Walk-in ~ Visit the school's Registrar's office during normal business hours (call 686-7741 for summer hours), complete the request form, show ID, and pay the $5 fee.  We accept cash, cashier's check, money orders, and credit card - no personal checks.  There is a one school day processing time, however with time permitting most requests are processed at the time of request.

Fax, Mail, Scan to email ~ Visit the EGHS Webstore for these methods at, create an account, select Alumni Transcripts, click on DOWNLOAD, complete request form, and print then complete payment transaction.  Be sure to sign the request form!  Use your preferred method to submit your request to the Registrar.  Make sure you send the signed request form and a legible copy of your driver's license.  The request will be processed within one school day from time request is received and ready for pick up with a valid ID.  IF being mailed, delivery is dependent on the United State Postal Service.  


To request an education verification provide a company request, signature of release, and a $5 processing fee.  The request must include the following information:

  1. Name while attended EGHS, DOB, and graduation year. A SSN is not needed/wanted.
  2. Signature of release: This can be electronic or original.
  3. Processing fee: Company check or money order payable to EGHS.

  1. Create an account for your company.
  2. Click on icon and download the request form – in lieu of this form you will provide your request form. However, this downloadable form will give you the information you need to submit your request and signature of release.
  3. Add item to cart and proceed to checkout to process payment.
  4. When you submit your request make a note that you paid online and include your order number.
